We Support You

COMFORT SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE EMPOWERMENT

At Heart 2 Heart Collaborative, we are dedicated to walking alongside families of children with congenital heart defects and the medical professionals who support them. We understand the complex emotional, physical, and logistical challenges that come with navigating a child’s heart journey—and we’re here to help.

Whether you are a parent seeking connection, comfort, and resources, or a healthcare provider looking to enhance family-centered care, this page is your gateway to meaningful support. Our services are designed to bridge the gap between clinical care and emotional well-being—offering guidance, advocacy, and compassionate companionship every step of the way.

Together, we can build a community of care—one heart at a time.

Parking Passes

Inpatient families may purchase discounted parking for use during a family member’s stay at Duke Hospital.  Discounted, single-use tickets are $7 and 5-use passes are $35. Both are available for purchase at the Duke Clinic Customer Service Center beside the Medical Center Bookstore.

Meals/Snacks

We understand that caring for a child with a congenital heart defect can be overwhelming—and that even the basics, like eating, can fall to the bottom of the priority list. That’s why we try to offer nourishing meals and snacks to families during hospital stays, clinic visits, and times of high stress.

Our goal is to ease some of the daily burdens and provide a small moment of comfort. These simple acts of care are part of how we show up—heart to heart—for the families we serve.
